Industries Guild Membership Information
The
Pipeline Industries Guild provides unrivaled opportunities for members
of the industry from all disciplines to exchange technical and marketing
information, and meet socially.
Overview
The
Guild's seven branches in the UK and Ireland each have comprehensive
programmes of technical meetings and visits, which combine with
social gatherings (dinners, golf outings, etc.) to furnish members
with many occasions annually at which they can keep in touch with
the pipeline industry - both locally and internationally - and maintain
and renew acquaintances in a friendly peer-group environment.
An annual Directory is provided to members, giving full details of
Corporate Members, contact information about individual members, a
useful Guide to Members' Services along with other general
information including a Consultant's Guide and a register of those
members willing to act as expert witnesses.

There
will be no entrance fees.
The above subscription rates are those approved at the Board Meeting held on 30th September 2005.
The annual subscription shall be payable on election and subsequently in advance in accordance with
Regulation 4. Overseas Members, other than those residing in the Republic of Ireland, are required to make their payments by means of a Sterling Draft on London,
a credit transfer, a VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card or a cheque drawn on a UK bank, quoting in all cases their membership number as a means of reference.
* Retired Members being persons, who have been Individual Members or employees of Corporate
Members who have attained the age of 55 years and have retired from full time employment
² Student and Junior Members being persons who are 25 years of age or less on the 1st January 2006
Balkan and Black Sea Branch.
The Balkan and Black Sea Branch has been established as a separate commercial body of the Guild to
provide a non-governmental platform, for the industry in the region to participate and deliver benefit to the overall practice of pipeline technology,
engineering and management, to achieve a sustainable and efficient infrastructure.
Membership of the Balkan and Black Sea Branch is open to any company or individual who
wishes to gain benefit from supporting the mission of the Branch, which is defied as:
to develop best practice in pipeline technology, engineering and management to achieve
a sustainable and efficient infrastructure;
to identify common industry problems and share and address information to find solutions;
to facilitate dialogue between stakeholders in the industry;
promote education and training to achieve a skilled and competent workforce;
promote the development of pipeline industry research and technology development;
improvement of legal and regulatory framework for the pipeline industry in the region;
to support the ambition to create a centre of excellence in all pipeline and infrastructure related activities.
